At the end of the first CMS sequence, all PCBs are checked on our AOI line.
In the traditional phase, PCBs are checked by qualified personnel, 100% visually after soldering.
We offer functional and/or mobile probe test solutions, and/or integrate your test benches into our process to validate the correct operation of the PCBs (100% traceable).
For your most exposed applications, our dedicated robot adapts your PCBs (FSC varnish with UV control) for use in a tropical climate.
Tropicalization varnish with UV tracer enables application verification. The robot checks thickness.
