At Ose, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is much more than a commitment: it is a priority. We are committed to playing an active role in the energy transition and helping to reduce our carbon footprint. 🚗💨

As part of our CSR approach, we have joined the Décarbon’Action program, an ambitious project that aims to support companies in their efforts to reduce their CO2 emissions and make a concrete commitment to the fight against global warming. 🌍

🔧 Thanks to this initiative, Ose is implementing targeted actions to:

🔥 CSR & Civic Engagement: Valuing Volunteer Firefighters in the Workplace 

Today, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) goes beyond internal environmental or social commitments. It also involves recognizing and supporting employees who dedicate themselves to the common good.
Among them are volunteer firefighters, who balance their jobs with a vital mission: protecting and rescuing others. 💪🚒

🏠 Inauguration of Chalet Valou: a place for socializing and sharing at Ose 🏠

On March 28, we had the pleasure of officially inaugurating our Le Chalet Valou, a space dedicated to the well-being of our teams. This space is not only a dining room equipped so that our employees can enjoy their lunch break in the best conditions, but also a real place of conviviality where everyone can get together, exchange ideas, and share good times together. 🍴 🍾

The inauguration took place after our annual staff meeting, with the unveiling of a plaque reading “Le Chalet Valou” in tribute to our Valou, whose commitment and long service to our company continue to inspire us all.🙏❤️

Le Chalet Valou is now a symbol of solidarity, commitment, and respect within our company. It is also a space where kindness and conviviality are at the heart of interactions, strengthening our corporate culture and encouraging informal exchanges between teams.

We are proud of this new development, which reflects our desire to create a pleasant and welcoming working environment for all our employees.🌟
